Amazing job by Annabelle! She solved the flow issues of my Montblanc 146 and smoothened it. Now it is exactly the way I want it to be, worth every penny!

Anabelle did more than one phenomenal job on customizing my Montblanc 4810 and 888. The result is bringing in truly new joy and in the end, all my pens will be Anabellized ;)
I got a Parker 51 which did not write without extreme pressure, could not fix it myself so I took a gamble and sent it to Appelboom.
The pen came back wet and requiring only a feather touch to make the ink flow from the pen, absolutely awesome job.
I have had a beautiful Leonardo pen for a while but I was not really in love with the nib (and it couldn't be swapped). When I heard that Anabelle was working for Appelboom I sent her my pen to get it tuned and ground to an EF (from a F). She did a perfect job, the pen is now much smoother and the EF line is just what I wanted. I will not hesitate to send her more work and really recommend her!
I had my MB grinded from a Western Extra Fine to a Japanese Extra Fine, it's been my main workhorse pen ever since. The nibmeisters did a fantastic job, and I'll be sending more pens for grinding in the future.
My Pelikan Souveran M1000 (F Nib) wrote fine but not perfect; it was a bit scratchy and the inktflow was a bit to generous in my opinion. Both 'problems' are solved perfectly. Now it writes smooth and the inktflow still is generous but not to generous anymore. Job done well!
It all started with me ordering a Kaweco AL Sport from Appelboom who was so kind as to check and adjust the nib for me. I was very happy with my purchase - such a gorgeous little pen (I got it in red), that writes wonderfully. Almost a bit too well I felt. The thing is, I felt that it was outperforming my much more expensive Pelikan m805 Stresemann (bought in Berlin some years ago) which didn't really do anything wrong. No skipping, no hard starts. The Kaweco was just better.
Eventually I realised that the Pelikan actually had a scratchy corner and could be smoother in general. So, there was no way back, the Pelikan simply had to visit the competent people at Appelboom. The delivery, service, and speed was impeccable and my beloved Pelikan now flies (writes) as it should. Smooth, decent wetness, no scratchy corners and of course, no hard starts or skipping. Thank you very much Appelboom.
