After my first attempt to getting my nib customized end of August, I did not hesitate to contact Anabelle again and asked her to customize one of my very favourite pens, a 888 model of Montblanc.
The nib has already been customized by a specialist, but was not as I was hoping for. The line variation was not as it should be, the line too fine and the pen itself too dry.
Anabelle turned this pen into a true treasure in terms of the results I am able to achieve with it now.

Anabelle did a fantastic job. I sent her a few pens whose nibs are not the easiest to work on and i have a need for a particular finish giving the fact that I am an overhand left hand writer. She understood what was needed, reached out to me informing me of the progress and making me participant also of the process which I enjoyed immensely and the interactions with her were really pleasant! There was the brand new limited edition fountain pen with a broad nib. As I am only satisfied with a very special writing style that requires crystal clear lines with the ability of a wide range of variation, After having discussed with Anabelle my ideas and wishes, she performed a true art on my nib. Not only was she eager to cut the time needed as short as possible, but she kept me updated while she was working on the nib. In no time the pen returned back home and the result is beyond my expectations! I am truly amazed by what Anabelle has created and even more by the accuracy and carefulness of her way of working on the pen.

Anabelle Hiller has repaires and customized a number of nibs on my pens. I was especially happy with the repair of a few vintage and older pens that would have been heartbreakingly dead otherwise. She is precise and understands well all the little quirks that make a specific nib special and those of writers who have their individual style. She is absolutely my go-to nibmeister.
Anabelle did an excellent job of transforming my M1005 F nib, which wrote like a BB, into an actual F. Very happy with the result.

The grind process took exactly 2 weeks and got to me the day after it was shipped(I love that about Appelboom). I had it done on a Pelikan M205 B.
I wondered if I should get it in M as the letters may be too broad, and I also worried that the pen could be scratchy if I did not write at the exact grind angle,
It has good line variation that is not unusable. Also, after just a few strokes using my new pen, I came to see that my initial concerns were unnecessary.
Anabelle did a fabulous architect grind on a TWSBI 580 broad nib for me. Although it's my first architect nib, it didn't take me long to get used to it and I find that it's comfortable to use for everyday writing. As it's an architect nib, its vertical strokes are thin and horizontal strokes are broad, which provides great line variation. Anabelle's wonderfully smooth and juicy nib has immediately become one of my favourites and I keep coming back to it because it's such a joy to use.
