Visconti Van Gogh "Die Roman-Leserin" Füllfederhalter

The Visconti Van Gogh Collection has been expanded with “The Novel Reader”, a work created by Vincent Van Gogh in November 1888. Behind what at first glance might seem simply a young woman reading a book lies a real revolutionary message. The yellow color of the book cover indicates that it is a modern novel, acceptable reading for a man, but inadmissible for a woman. What immediately catches the attention is in fact the intensity and the involvement of the mysterious reader towards the novel, perfectly represented by the brushstrokes of Van Gogh.

The name of the painting and artist are delicately engraved around the pen's ring, and each pen is packed into a unique gift box that is complemented with a faithful reproduction of the painting. The pen itself utilizes Visconti's eighteen-faceted design, the many edges enhancing the vivid colors of the pen.

The Visconti fountain pen has a stainless steel nib, available in several line widths, and uses standard international cartridges or the supplied converter. The Van Gogh fountain pen is also available with a large nib (model A10), which bears the name of the painter.
