Review Title: Amazing shopping experience

The pen was amazing but more importantly, please read my story about this incredible store. I received my package and was thoroughly impressed. The packaging was so impressive I wasn’t sure if I’d actually bought a simple Lamy fountain pen. They even sent me a thank you card and some delicious Dutch waffles. Every Lamy pen arrived wrapped in their beautiful custom paper. However, they forgot to send me the correct converter. When I mentioned this they immediately sent it. They even didn’t ask for a return for the extra converters I received. Now I have four! I’m a picky shopper but there’s no way they could have made a mistake with these guys. Their customer service is amazing and they show genuine respect. I highly recommend this store.
